I recently had the pleasure of meeting Christina Girdhari as she was responsible for the shuttle service between two hotels I stayed at while in Orlando. I have never been more impressed with the transportation service I received. Not only was Christina friendly, professional and punctual, she also went beyond the call of duty to accommodate my demanding schedule.
While in Orlando, I learned the latest and greatest leadership and service principles at a national conference I was attending. Those principles were perfectly and consistently displayed by Christina that week. I enjoyed the trip much more because Christina put the very principles I was learning into practice, and as her customer, I benefited greatly.
